Simulate Individual Participant Data


Welcome to the MetaPipeX Shiny App. It allows you to analyze and visualize multi-lab data. If you would like to explore the app without providing existing data sets to it, you may use this tab to simulate individual participant data. As with other study data, you may then run the pipeline and provide the simulated data to the app in order to explore its functionality.
Continue by clicking 'Create simulated IPD' or selecting a data type that you want to provide to the app.


Hit the button 'Run pipeline & Provide data to app' and go to the Data Selection tab.



Individual Participant Data

Please provide at least one .csv/.sav/.rds file. The codebook on github. describes the 5 columns that are needed for the analysis. The names do not have to be the same as in this codebook, but they should be consistent across the .csv files. If only data from a single multi-lab or a single site project (or targer-effect) is uploaded, a placeholder for the name needs to be provided. It is possible to create such a placeholer by clicking the corresponding checkbox.
The MetaPipeX needs to know which columns of the data should be used. Select them accordingly:

Site Level Data

Please provide at least one .csv that has been produced by MetaPipeX::summarize_sites() or is arranged according to the template on github.

Merged Site Level Data

Please provide a single .csv that has been produced by MetaPipeX::merge_site_summaries() or is arranged according to the template on github.
Hit the button 'Run pipeline & Provide data to app' in order for the MetaPipeX package to run its analyses.

MetaPipeX Data

Please provide a single .csv that has been produced by MetaPipeX::full_pipeline() or is arranged according to the template on github.
Hit the button 'Run pipeline & Provide data to app' and go to the Data Selection tab.
